ANNOUNCEMENTS:
REMINDER: Signed paperwork and fees are due APRIL 1st ($100 late fee applied to all late payments). E-transfers must have the lot number on the e-transfer.
Winter storage fee ($700) apply to anyone pulling out in the spring.
REMINDER: Do NOT store vehicles, utility trailers, etc. at your site over the winter (it's strictly prohibited during and off season).
FALL REMINDERS:
- power and water will be OFF October 1st until May 1st (no exceptions)
- septic tanks must be pumped empty at the end of the season (please check your tank to make it was pumped empty). Management will check all tanks at the end of October. Any tanks not pumped out will be billed $150 payable to Oasis.
Please remove clothe lines, etc. wrapped around trees (to prevent damage to the trees).
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- please remember (and remind your guests) 10km speed limit
- please meet your guests at the gate (do not send young children) guests must not block the gate
- No dogs allowed on the beach - leash laws inside the park - pick up after your dog
- barking dogs will be asked to leave the park
- do not leave beach chairs, etc. on the beach overnight
- inflatables, pool noodles, etc., must be stored inside a shed or someplace they can't blow away
- no parking on green spaces or roads (please use the overflow parking area)
- use designated smoking areas and the dispenser (remind your guests)
- household garbage ONLY in garbage bins - NO mattresses, furniture, lawn chairs, BBQs, etc.
- pallets may NOT be used as cladding, decking (including under decks), etc.
COMMUNITY ROOM RULES:
-leave the room clean (tables wiped, floors swept and mopped)
- NEW RULE - if there is a large gathering (25 or more with minors) and alcohol is being served, you must purchase liability insurance and forward proof to us.
