The lot draw (for current residents only) will be OCTOBER 17th at 10am in the Community room.

IMPORTANT LEASE AGREEMENT CHANGES. The paperwork must be picked up and returned to us (signed) before December 31st, 2026. Anyone requiring the paperwork mailed or emailed, please contact Simone ($20 fee). Enclosed (post dated cheques April 1st, 2027) are appreciated. Lease agreements not returned by the deadline, will be considered as non-renewing.
REMINDER: SEPTIC TANKS must be pumped empty at the end of the season. Management will be checking all tanks at the end of October. ($150 if management has to pump out lease holder's tank-payable upon receipt to Oasis).
GATE REMOTES may NOT be given to guests or businesses coming into the park. Lease holder must meet them at the gate.
HALLOWEEN RULES: Please note this event is for the Kids.
To ensure their safety and abide by our insurance rules:
NO walking around with open liquor or serving liquor to minors.
Remind any guests regarding all rules (listed below).
Lease holder will be held responsible for any infractions and liquor rules.
REMINDER: Do NOT store vehicles, utility trailers, etc. at your site over the winter (it's strictly prohibited during and off season).

- water will be on as soon as frost conditions allow
- power and water will be ON May 1st and OFF OCT 1st (no exceptions)
Please remove clothe lines, etc. wrapped around trees (to prevent damage to the trees).
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- please remember (and remind your guests) 10km speed limit
- please meet your guests at the gate (do not send young children) guests must not block the gate
- No dogs allowed on the beach - leash laws inside the park - pick up after your dog
- barking dogs will be asked to leave the park
- do not leave beach chairs, etc. on the beach overnight
- inflatables, pool noodles, etc., must be stored inside a shed or someplace they can't blow away
- no parking on green spaces or roads (please use the overflow parking area)
- use designated smoking areas and the dispenser (remind your guests)
- household garbage ONLY in garbage bins - NO mattresses, furniture, lawn chairs, BBQs, etc.
- pallets may NOT be used as cladding, decking (including under decks), etc.
COMMUNITY ROOM RULES:
-leave the room clean (tables wiped, floors swept and mopped)
- NEW RULE - if there is a large gathering (25 or more with minors) and alcohol is being served, you must purchase liability insurance and forward proof to us.
