THE NEW OASIS SEASONAL RATES:

Premium Lot $3300

The above mentioned rates include water, hydro, garbage service and unlimited access to all of the Resort's recreational facilities.  Each site is provided with a holding tank.  Residents are responsible for their own septic pump out. 

 

All septic tanks must be COMPLETELY EMPTY by the END OF THE SEASON.  Accredited septic services are listed under "Additional Services."  

 

The seasonal agreement allows for 5 months of residency (May 1st to October 1st) and 7 months complimentary storage on site for renewing residents. 

NON-RENEWING PARTIES ARE SUBJECT TO A $500 STORAGE FEE from October 1st - May 1st.  Seasonal agreement is renewable yearly. Lease Agreements are handed out at the end of each season for the following year. 

 

All fees and paperwork are due April 1st.
